For anyone looking to recruit young people and influence their future careers Prospects Events have an amazing autumn series of careers, jobs and skills events happening. The events have 100s of organisations involved from small local training providers to national household names, and they all have one thing in common, these organisations want to meet young people, their teachers, parents and carers face to face to tell them about the range of options available when they leave school or college.
Prospects Events first two events take place in Newcastle and Leeds and are part of the Regional Skills Events series. The first, North East Skills, takes place on 23 and 24 September 2015, at Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle. More than 5,800 visitors have already booked to attend with the majority, 78%, in their final year of school or older. The second regional event is Skills Yorkshire and the Humber taking place at the home of Leeds United Football Club, the iconic Elland Road, at their Centenary Pavilion on 14 and 15 October 2015. In Wales Prospects Events produce SkillsCymru, supported by the Welsh Government. These popular events highlight organisations in the Principality who showcase exactly what they can offer young people both now and in the future. The events, held in Llandudno and Cardiff, take place on 7 and 8 October at Venue Cymru and at Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff on 21 and 22 October. More than 70 organisations are involved in the SkillsCymru events and the shows are highly interactive offering young people and their families an exciting insight into different industries and the world of work. Prospects Events also work in Scotland attracting more than 10,000 visitors to the Skills Scotlandevents run in partnership with My World of Work from Skills Development Scotland. The events are held in Aberdeen on 27 October, Edinburgh on 29 October and Glasgow on 18 and 19 November.

Taking place on 13 and 14 November the event attracts over 30,000 young people aged 15–19.
