Contract success for South London Business

South London Business is pleased to announce contract wins in two new areas of business.

Start Up Loans for 18–30 year olds This is the government funded scheme chaired by former Dragons' Den tycoon, James Caan, which has over £100 million available to help kick-start and support a new generation of entrepreneurs aged 18–30.

The contract enables South London Business to provide loans from this fund to 18–30 year olds anywhere in England who would like to start a new business or have been trading for less than 12 months, and receive a management fee for their services.

Lewisham High Street Innovation Fund

This is an 18 month project to help Lewisham Council reduce the number of vacant premises in selected town centres/shopping parades across the borough. South London Business will be managing a £140,000 grant fund to create pop up shops and implement the remodelling of empty premises, and be responsible for managing the contractors, designers, landlords and estate agents.
