Prospects Employment and Training Services (PETS) delivers Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) programmes in the South West. Our staff work with employers to support staff recruitment, while providing first class job seeking, training, advice and guidance and work experience programmes to individuals.

 

Working with more than 5,000 adults each year, PETS offers practical support in getting people back to work; this includes providing employers with a Rapid Response Service to help staff being made redundant. In partnership with DWP, the Regional Development Agency, the Learning and Skills Council and other providers, our services contribute to the economic development of the region, improve customer skills levels and enable individuals to access sustainable employment opportunities.
