Prospects Qualifications Centre offers UK-wide training and assessment in Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), Business and Administration, Customer Services, Assessment & Verification and Teaching. It has a particular specialism in career guidance related training and qualifications. The Centre has been established for more than 10 years with a professionally experienced and qualified team. We are an OCR and City & Guilds Accredited Centre.
Our Qualifications
As well as the full qualification route we offer a range of customised approaches whereby learners can take as few or as many units as they wish. These may be in the form of ‘clusters’ of units or single ‘stand-alone’ units. Whatever your specific requirement we can tailor the assessment and learner support programme to suit your needs and circumstances.

Leadership and Management:
- ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders & First Line Managers
- ILM Level 3 Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches
- ILM Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management
All of our accredited programmes can be delivered in the following formats:
- Assessment only (for candidates with suitable experience/previous qualifications)
- Unit-based (for candidates seeking accredited CPD, or wishing to 'top-up' qualifications by adding single units or 'clusters')
- assessment plus underpinning knowledge and skills training
Our candidates/learners undertake their qualifications via the use of an online portfolio-building programme (Ecordia – details available at www.ecordia.co.uk).
Tutorial support is provided by telephone, online and face-to-face. The majority of assessment is undertaken online, including in the candidate's workplace, maximising the use of cost-efficient methods such as observation, professional discussion and expert witness testimony.
