Preparation

After the convention

  • Work hard at your current studies as you will be accepted or rejected on the basis of this year’s exams.
  • Attend Open Days at institutions.
  • Arrange an interview with your tutor or Connexions Personal Adviser if help is required.
  • Create an information/progress file to help control your research.
  • Practise completing a photocopy of the UCAS form. Draft your personal statement.
  • Create a study timetable.
  • Research courses and institutions thoroughly using many different sources of information including the UCAS website (www.ucas.co.uk).
