Mark joined the Work Programme in February 2016.  At the time he was working 10 hours a week for a cleaning company and claiming Job Seekers Allowance. Mark was keen to extend his working hours.

Nikki*, 22, had been unemployed for a number of months before she joined the Work Programme and gained an agency job but when that concluded Nikki came back to Prospects.

Nigel* worked for Dairy Crest and was one of 125 employees facing redundancy. 

Prospects are the prime contractor for the National Careers In Custody Service in the West Midlands and first met Adrian* when he was in custody.
